Egg And Muffin Toasters

So here is a picture of the breakfast I made the other day in my office. 

Actual results from my Egg and Muffin Toaster.

Sorry if it looks a little used, but this was so perfect coming out of my Back to Basics Egg & Muffin Toaster I had to get a few bites in before I started blogging.   My recipe for this was simple: Multi Grain English Muffin (100 calories), one cage free egg (I noticed they had Cage Free and Organic but not Cage Free Organic?)  I also eat Cholula Sauce on everything so added a couple of shakes to this as well.   Perfect.  Warm, fresh. 

What was cool is that the toaster works so that the toast and the egg are done at the same time.  I went with the two slice toaster version but they make a bigger one.

Seriously this is going to be a great office device. 

Doesn't smell, nothing to really clean up... (forgot to mention that I used an olive oil based cooking spray)   I use one paper towel...use it as a napkin and then wipe the tray out and bingo.
