I could figure out: a) what herb flavoring your craving, and b) just how to sprinkle it all over your toast.

I used my Cuisinart Toaster Oven the other morning to toast up some morning bagels... and there I was again, thinking about that darn toaster with egg poacher. I didn't want to get out the frying pan, but I had to in order to make some eggs.
I know I could have it so much easier... I'm really getting to the crumbling point. I just can't stop thinking about the egg n muffin toaster.
<sigh>
I'm just going to have to figure out where I'm going to put this machine. I suppose the spice rack could move... I haven't been cooking as much lately now that I've added this toaster blogging hobby to my life.
Besides, if I'll be scarfing down egg n muffin sammies every morning, It will save me time… right?

I have all due respect for the Back to Basics Muffin Toaster. I bought one for my parents for crying out loud. How could I NOT be a fan with how happy my parents are with it?!?

Sorry if it looks a little used but this was so perfect coming out of my Back to Basics Egg & Muffin Toaster I had to get a few bites in before I started blogging. My recipe for this was simple. Multi Grain English Muffin (
100 calories), one cage free egg (
I noticed they had Cage Free and Organic but not Cage Free Organic?) I also eat Cholula Sauce on everything so added a couple of shakes to this as well. Perfect. Warm, fresh.
What was cool is that the toaster works so that the toast and the egg are done at the same time. I went with the two slice toaster version but they make a bigger one.
Seriously this is going to be a great office device. Doesn't smell, nothing to really clean up... (forgot to mention that I used an olive oil based cooking spray) I use one paper towel...use it as a napkin and then wipe the tray out and bingo.
